Minerals
If you take anything from me or from my site, please let it be this – you need to start drinking mineral water, taking Celtic salt and consciously eating more nutritious and mineral rich, whole foods starting today and everyday after.
Its clear to me that after dealing with my health issues my entire life and becoming autoimmune, that I now passionately want to share what I’ve learned with anyone and everyone who will listen. We are not taught what I’m about to share with you and all this information you would have to research and test on your own – most likely, no doctor will tell you this and would rather put you on a regulatory drug but that’s a whole other issue.
If you are a coffee drinker or intake any level of caffeine whether that be from chocolate or tea – your minerals are being leached from your body because of caffeine – most importantly, magnesium. Now, you can most definitely stop drinking coffee or whatever but lets be realistic – that’s easier said than done. So instead, I suggest working on replenishing the minerals you’re missing and the easiest way to start that is with mineral water. Now, you can’t just drink any mineral water because just cause it says its a mineral water, doesn’t mean that it actually has it, unfortunately. I recommend Mountain Valley Spring Water; This is not a sponsor at all – its just what I know, it actually contains minerals and the best part – its in a glass bottle. I found it at Sprouts but I think you can order it online as well. On the bottle you will see the percentage of minerals in the water and what kind of minerals. Mountain Valley Spring Water contains 7.2 – 13 percent of magnesium per bottle.
If you drink caffeine or maybe high levels of sugar perhaps – I can guarantee you have health issues whether you admit it or not. Obviously there are other things that play a major role, like overall diet, how active you are, if you do additional things that damage your body like smoke, drink, etc – but if you know you don’t eat nutritiously, start drinking mineral water. Minerals are the foundation we need in order to absorb any type of vitamins. So, if you have a vitamin deficiency that you are aware of and you’ve been taking vitamins but you’re not seeing any real changes in your levels – its most likely because you don’t have the minerals your body needs in order to actually absorb those vitamins. Instead, I bet your body is just peeing it out because it can’t metabolize it. Drink the mineral water and watch – you’ll see a difference and you’ll stop peeing so much too. You’re welcome. ♥
